What size & tog is right for my baby?
Here are our recommendations to help you decide
Which Size?
0-6 Month Sleeping Bag
We recommend a minimum weight of 4kg / 8.8 lbs, and around 55cm in height. Once your child reaches 68cm, its time for the 6-18 month BugBag.

6-18 Month Sleeping Bag
We recommend a minimum weight of 18lb or 8.1kg, and around 65cm in height. Once your child reaches 80cm, its time for the next size up.

18-36 Month Sleeping Bag
Our recommended minimum weight for this size BugBag is 25lb or 11.4kg The ideal height is 80-95 cm.

Please note, in order to get the maximum use from our sleep bags, the sleeves do come up a little big on some babies during the first few months of each age bracket. The sleeves are great for use when you are outside with your baby, and can easily be removed for sleeping. We have also made our bags a little longer than some other brands, this is to allow for shrinkage, as we know they will certainly be washed a good few times!

The Lullaby trust recommend that the ideal temperature for your your baby's room is between 16-20°C. These are guidelines only, you should always check your baby to make sure they don’t overheat.
