Please note that due to the recent strikes and high demand, your order may take a little longer than usual to reach you.  We are working hard, alongside our couriers, to get your order ready and delivered to you as soon as possible and we thank you for your patience.  

Returns

We really hope that you love your new BugBag.  We work hard to ensure each baby sleep bag is carefully checked before sending so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.  If for some reason they aren't quite right, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt to receive a full refund of the cost of the goods.  They must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging, with the tags still attached.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once they have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Should the returned item/s not meet our return terms and conditions, i.e. (not used/worn/washed and must be in original packaging), the company has the right to NOT refund the cost of the item/s, and will charge postage costs if you request the item is returned back to you.   Our terms and conditions can be found here.

Faulty items

We do not experience many faults, but if you have received a faulty item we apologise and would like to put it right straight away.  Please get in touch using the contact us section of our website, we can then advise on returning the item to us, so that we can inspect and investigate the fault.  If the item is deemed to be faulty, we shall issue you with a full refund including all postage costs. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
