This is usually something like a very small mark, or sizing issue, perhaps its very slightly longer/shorter etc, or not made to our strict and exact design requirments. 
 
Size 0-6 months are sleeveless. 
Please note the 0.5 tog have an incorrect washing label, they say 1 tog, but are 0.5 tog. A single layer in 100% cotton with no lining or padding.
